Eligibility

If you are a full-time employee regularly working an average of 32+ hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and Benefits Program. Benefits begin on the first of the month following your date of hire. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Ilera Holistic Healthcare's Benefits Program. Coverage will end same day of termination/resignation.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Coverage will end at the end of the month following date of termination or resignation.

Eligible dependents include:

• Your legal spouse. 

• Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
