To search for a provider, click here (https://www.myuhc.com)to login to the UHC member portal.
You can also search for a provider by navigating to the "Find a Provider" link. After entering your location, select the Heritage Plus option.
Your prescription plan is managed by UnitedHealthcare and uses Optum Rx. Click this link (https://member.uhc.com/myuhc)and navigate to "Find a Pharmacy" to locate a local in-network pharmacy.
