With our two medical plans you can access care in-network or out-of-network. We recommend accessing in-network care whenever possible, as it will be less expensive. The medical and prescription plans are administered by UnitedHealthcare.

To search for a provider, click here to login to the UHC member portal.
You can also search for a provider by navigating to the "Find a Provider" link. After entering your location, select the Heritage Plus option.
Your prescription plan is managed by UnitedHealthcare and uses Optum Rx. Click this link and navigate to "Find a Pharmacy" to locate a local in-network pharmacy.
